Is there an age requirement for renting?

Yes. You must be 25 years of age to rent our equipment.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you must cancel your rental it must be given 24 hours of pick-up time. Late cancellations will result in security deposit being held.

Is insurance required for rentals?

Yes. We require you to have full coverage insurance.

What if I damage a trailer?

Contact us immediately if our trailers are damaged during your rental. Upon return of your rental, the trailer will go through our inspection process. We will assess damages and discuss next steps during this time.

Pictures are taken before pick-up and after trailer is returned to ensure you are not being held responsible for any damage you have not caused.

What is the pick-up/return procedure?

Failure to arrive on time for pick-up will result in a late fee. Renter is advised to call ahead to avoid a late fee.

If you are 30 Minutes late without notice of tardiness, a $25 late fee will be added to your bill.

If you are an hour late with no notice of tardiness your pick-up will be cancelled and you will lose your payment for the rental.

If you are late to return a trailer, an additional 24hr rental fee will be automatically added to your bill.
